Just yesterday I was talking to a fellow parent and she told me about how her son was hit on the head with a book by another student and the teacher didn't do anything. (2nd grade) Our school district has all kinds of anti-bullying rules, including ones for the internet, and yet, you can have all the rules in the world, but if no one enforces them, they are worthless. We have been a country where bullies have been allowed to rule for a very long time. And the "Christian" religion doesn't seem to be helping the situation at all. Very sad what happened to your brother's neighbor, Cassandra. And totally frightening what happened at the service. Are people becoming Golems?
