With the militarization of the police nearly complete --- the only thing left to do is repeal the 1878 POSSE COMITATUS ACT --- it will not be long before the jack-booted thugs will be dragging anyone in for any reason at all.

You need to look at the big picture here, to see what this is all leading to, and not limit your opinions to any one individual ruling.
