Like I've posted before, all this would be so entertaining if things weren't so horrible. 

Reg, you made an interesting point in a previous post about how if one of the other candidates had been indicted Trump would be teeing off like crazy. Yet, none of them are touching him - in fact, it is the exact opposite and it makes little logical sense to me. This makes no sense to me - unless all of these people perceive Trump's legal woes are going to be his ending and it is best for them not to tick off the MAGA base because when Trump falls, they will be there to pick up their support regardless of not being as batshit crazy as Trump. 

Maybe it is too early, but I can't believe a more or less more traditional Republican is not coming out and warning constituents that if Trump is the candidate, they WILL lose in 24 (oddly, Nate Silver just released information that over the past four or five presidential election cycles the total percentage of the Republican vote has dropped by increasing numbers each time - I think this is also an indicator of the success of Republican gerrymandering - something Democrats failed to fully envision.

It is almost as if these nuts see something the rest of us are not.  Or maybe, they are willingly sacrificing 2024 for 2028. 

And now, we have Saudia Arabia pulling their OPEC shit, which makes me believe so many of these countries have realized the best way to harm America is from within and to do that, getting a nut elected is best for them. 

BTW, I forced myself to watch the MTG/60 Minutes interview, and Jesus, the crap that Lesley Stahl let MTG get away with made me puke.  It was purely a softball puff-piece interview driven for ratings.  It would have been so nice to have seen a previous 60 Minute interviewer like Mike Wallace really put her under the interrogation lights.
