Facts are facts and until the laws are changes there is a result to every action regardless how distantly related. I don't want to argue this but the use of any drug can be chain linked to all of the horrific crimes they detail in the adds... Yes it is a stretch.

I don't know what adds they run up there...Possibly warning about the dangers of being Lactose Intolerant, but down her in the main stream there are adds all of the time about the dangers of smoking and drinking on TV and written advertisements. They are everywhere 

Anyway while there are all kinds of advertisements here in PA against tobacco and alcohol but I think they are harder to catch or realize because their use is genarally accepted by a much larger portion of society and flow better with the other commercials. They don't have that shock factor to them. But, until their are changes in the Law, expect to see increasing commercials like that which you commented until the elections are over especially in states like PA where repubs are in charge.
