It's always fun to take a Columbo look at characters like the Tick.  Is he really bumbling...or just pretending?  The live action series was such a welcome and refreshing find.  I like TV that I can watch with my kids and be really entertained.  At this point, the only shows that have that feel are the Simpsons...and....well there's the Simpsons.  Just because I'm so lazy, is there a network that's carrying the cartoon?
