Agree.  Haven't seen the video, but personnel under his authority had complained that he was always an egomaniacal individual, who would trounce on others for his own gain.  When questioned pointedly during interviews, he only re-iterates that he is more "militarily" qualified for the job than any other Dem candidates, and then gets defensive and I have perceived also, somewhat hostile.   He's bad news bears, as far as I'm concerned.
