btw...is the dvd being dedicated to me as I had hoped? the disgusting and dismissive way that 'Baerwald' treats his non-american fans suggests we 'scum' of the world...i.e KAthryn, Deon PEdro, bloke for Uruguay and moi deserve to have some kind of preferential treatment in this...e.g. I could have a signed copy from David...a la
