Kevin,All I can suggest is to pick up the new copy of the Atlantic magazine and peruse back issues of articles on this subject. Also, read up more on the unit created by the Neo-conservatives, OSP I believe it is named. (During Tenet's speech someone asked him about an article in Mother Jones in regards to this unit and Tenet arrogantly and smugly dismissed the article altogether simply because it was in Mother Jones magazine. It can probably be found on their website). As for Tenet being a Clinton appointee - it does not matter to me at all. I don't care if one is a republican, democrat, conservative, liberal or whatever. When it comes to this issue of WMDs, what has went on is inexcusable. Lastly, I work in policing. I have seen exactly how things that need to be out in the open are kept underground. I see it all the time. It is done by a variety of methods. Heck, we don't have to go to the UN for anything, but like Joseph Wilson (husband to outed CIA spy), why are all of us so willing to give information little credibility because it comes from the opposing side? I don't know of those out there who have served in the military, but there is a special side to military people. They accept what they might have to do so readily and do it with very little questioning. In other words, these people put their faith in the hands of our government leaders to tell them the truth and to not send them to places they would not be willing to go themselves. And as a free country, all of us need to demand this of our elected officials. And in this case, it does not seem this has happened.
