I justify  Israels' right to exist and defend herself.  If they have to kill terrorists in the process, then that's what they have to do. Don't be ridiculous about the level of intelligence.  It is BECAUSE of the level of Israeli intelligence, which is superb, (the military type...don't even go near the intellectual sense of the word), that there were no other civilian casualties.  It has been Israeli policy in any of their operations to absolutely avoid ANY civilian casualties.   Now contrast that with the Russians in Chechnya, or even some of the American "intelligence" screw ups in Iraq.

No,  I don't consider that incident a "War Crime", and that is the distinction I was trying to make.  All war sucks, I am NOT a warmonger.  But I see this incident as clearly different than a suicide bomber killing 20 people in a disco.  I also don't see it along the lines of atrocities committed during times of War, be it WWII, Cambodia, or Bosnia.
