:You know, I sit back and watch what is going on with Iraq and see a huge chess game between democrats and republicans with the young military members being the playing pieces. My arguments have nothing really to do with being a liberal, conservative, moderate, extremist or any other poorly defined label.

The other day, the day after George's speech,  I was watching C-Span on TV.  They were taking calls for opinions about the speech.  A young woman called in and said that she was 100% behind the president.  She went on to say that her husband was in the Army and that he was ready to go to Iraq if called.  She said that they had 2 young boys.  She was concerned about Saddam and felt that it was prudent to take him out as soon as possible because if her husband didn't do it now, quite possibly it would be her sons that would have to do it later. She didn't really like that idea.
