The Republican party plays Bait and Switch as it's primary polical startagy - they spent the Clinton administration throwing bogus charge after bogus charge - when the evidence failed to materialize, more charges

Kinda like the Dems using the Social Security scare on the elderly. Running commericials
of old people being thrown from a wheelchair off a cliff. When you're running scared yet spin
another lie. I've heard Dems asked directly about this by I think Tim Russert and they just
start studdering. And he is not even a hardball interview like Oreilly. I'ts pretty pathetic
but it works on old people because some forget that the dems ran the same campaign 2 or 4 years
earlier and of course no cuts were made
