The TT post was dead on and to me is an example of how bad things are going and continuing to go in America.Does anyone recall about a year ago there was a picture of US Special Forces (probably Delta Force - but that really isn't their true name and another story) in Afghanistan and they were on horseback and with wild beards on their faces? Well, not long after that picture hit, a story out of Washington had bureaucratic military people livid about how these guys didn't look like "professional soldiers" and something had to be done.For those who read a lot and followed this part of the story, guess what these "operatives" were doing? They were blending in, mixing with the rebels and hunting al Quaida and bin Laden. Not long afterwards a lot of these resources were moved to Iraq. (Oddly, just what they are starting to re-do now). My point is, for anyone willing to follow what was realling going on, it was evident that the bureacrats in Washington (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Hadley, Chalabi, Rice and many others) had no idea what they were doing and blew it. And TT is dead on....And for our resident right-wingers out there who think I'm full of shit, pick up the book "Black Hawk Down" and read a little into what these people do.....
