Yes but the point is that if the FCC, like the FBI and the CIA are subject to control by the Dept. of Homeland Security, then someone like Janet Jackson could be arrested in the future for what she did. Is it really so unrealistic? They are obviously concerned that Al Qaeda might use their money to gain control of a televisioni network in America and that they could air their views without the possibilty of arrest and prosecution.
