GA,Now, in my opinion, the tone of your reply is exactly what Liddy and Franken were expressing - in other words, no personal attacks or insults. I appreciate your reply.The only disagreement I have is that I have yet to read of anyone who opposed our going into Afghanistan. I believe that only true pacifists would be the ones that would have disagreed with the right of the US to go into Afghanistan. To me, the true fork in the road starts at our turn into Iraq and the explanations given for doing so. Sadly though, I think too many of us keep looking at this issue with 20/20 hindsight.
