Their posture and behavior indicates almost sheer panic if you're paying attention. They have been on their heels since January and have been flailing about trying to deal with one thing after another. And doing a lousy job of it. This administration reminds me of the Clinton administration during the Monica deal. Only they seem even more paralyzed than Clinton Inc. was.  

This is one of the more bizarre aspects of this whole campaign season. These people have a reputation as being some of the best campaigners around, what the fuck is going on? This is not the Karl Rove that we have all come to know and.....er....love.

Kerry's campaign has made so many mistakes that the Bush team of 2000 would have finished him off by now. WTF?

I especially don't understand this whole thing about holding back things that amount to absolutely nothing once they come out. Why hold back something that wouldn't have hurt you in the first place? If they are just trying to make people fight for every inch on principle then that is stupid because it is killing them.

I also think that they need to get the message out about this 9-11 commission. This whole commission has completely broken down. Commissioners from both sides are now giving interviews to friendly press and insulting the people that are set to appear in front of them, and promising to drag them over the coals etc.

This has seriously turned from an investigation into what happened and how we can improve on that to a witch hunt to see how much blame can be leveled at either side. I don't think they should have done this is Washington. They should have found an outside group to handle this somehow.
