If you are going to quote the Bible, why don't you occasionally post the quotes that advocate slavery, subjugation of women, stoning one's recalcitrant son at the city gates, stoning witches, etc. You can't find a fundamentalist/evangelical type who is consistent on Biblical matters. You all pick and choose according to your agenda, according to your prejudices. Have you ever checked out this site: http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/ ? I know, it must be the work of the Devil (or perhaps the Devil is working through me, Peter T.)? We have discussed the abortion issue several times, Kevin, and found common ground, but please don't intertwine unrelated issues. If we are going to bring abortion into the Iraq debate should we not then discuss firearms deaths and tobacco-related deaths as it can be fairly argued that they are more Republican-sponsored? By all means, let's discuss everything, including music, but don't muddy the waters with unrelated issues.
