Continually the left are out there in full on mode protesting the loss of American lives in Iraq are they not? 

I think the lose of life is the result of whats really being protested which is the decisions made that put those lives in harms way. The loss of lives is the physical reminder/example of what many consider a poor (perhaps criminal) series of choices that led our country into this war.

 So just how am I supposed to believe all the huffing and puffing about lost lives in Iraq when all they’ve done at home is create an environment where it’s all out war on unborn babies. 

You are in fact bringing the two separate issues together. By doing so you insure that there will be  ZERO chance of coming to a resolution on either. And for that matter your side also has a few nut jobs that have taken it into their head that by killing an abortion doctor or the staff of a clinic, they can somehow right a perceived wrong. Bringing us back to the pointless violence issue.

 I think I’m exposing this for what it is…election year politics.  What a shame.

By that statement your pointing fingers and moralizing YOUR point of view.

While I respect your opinion, it is not everyones opinion. You don't have exclusive knowledge of what is Right, just a strong conviction.

 I’m talking about freedom for people; those in Iraq and those in the womb.  Is it wrong for me to be on the side of freedom? 

Then how about FREEDOM of choice to make decisions that have been deemed (for the time being) legal. You don't have to like it but you do need to remember, you speak for 1 person.

Please know this is not an attack on you Kevin . But I feel your approach can do nothing but muddy the already filthy waters.
