Fo the record. Charlie Kaufman is the writer and he has NO twin brother.

However the screen play is credited to Charlie Kaufman and Donald Kaufman and both were nominated for an Oscar for a Screenplay based on material previously produced or published.

His credits from the IMDB are below:

I did not know he was a TV writer ....Does anyone remember the Dana Carvey show? It was a half hour skit show, that was a revelation. It was very very edgy for network TV, way more so than SNL has ever been. Great cast too a couple of future Daily Show cast members and Robert Shimmel also writing. If I remember correctly the very first skit was an address from President Clinton, expressing how much me loved the American people and to prove it he invited them to "come suckle at the presidential teets'" at which point he tears open his shirt revealing 8 nipples for america to latch onto.  He had my attention

Found this sight that has a couple of clips from the show. http://www.abeledit.com/ reel.html I recommend the Hockey skit
