You've used this argument before. That doesn't make it rational.

News Flash...the left wing media over here is the worst propoganda machine we have perpetuating the war siding with the likes of France and Germany...plus we have to fight the propaganda machine over there. I'll agree this does not help but no matter what we do we are thought of badly.

The only thing we have ever done in the region is act in our own short-term self-interest. This is like if I kicked you in the head, the neck, the stomach, the nuts, and the ass, and then threw up my hands in exasperation after you kicked me back: "No matter what I do, you don't like me."

Also: reporting the news isn't propaganda. This stuff happened. News outlets all over the world have been running these stories--I guess you think the entire planet is under the spell of a left-wing conspiracy. I guess you'd also prefer that our own media willfully ignore these stories (which keep rolling in, like the waves of my own nausea). How do you cross the street with those blinders on?
