My opposition to the death penalty has absolutely nothing to do with me being merciful or sympathetic to my fellow man, no matter how heinous they may be. I just believe death is too easy for this human garbage. And I really don't think it acts to deter other potential pieces of garbage from commiting similar acts. At some point in their miserable lives these people have given up; on everything. They don't care about anything or anyone. Their lives have become filled with hate, rage or evil. Once they have reached this point, no amount of rehabilition, counciling or warm fuzzyness will ever allow them to become a functioning part of our civilized society.

As I've stated before I'd like to see these people go through hell for the remainder of their lives. They should be put in chains and break rocks, pick up trash beside the road or clean toilets with a toothbrush. They should not be able to watch tv, get congigal visits, lift weights or join a band. They should only dream of having anything remotely considered "fun".

Executing them is only giving them an easy pass. Their lives should be made a living hell. A hell worse than what their victims must endure.
