I was taking what I percieve to be the administration's stance based on Fleischer's comments - assasinations are now an approved method of diplomacy.

I don't know much about the victim - he did work for the U.S. Agency for International Development mission in Jordan, which is said to handle foreign aid and humanitarian programs. Not sure just what that means anymore.
