Having lived in CA while Reagon was governor I have the memory of funding for mental health being slashed which gave me the impression that that was the beginning of the massive amount of homeless people there are today. He also did a number to the UC system. I also remember him coming to my high school whereupon the students gave him a big jar of jelly beans. Other than that he was very boring.
