Makes me wonder if THEY have known about something big and horrible coming down the pike for Wednesday and wanted to make sure they could say "Sorry, not our fault. That place is under new management!" 

I hope it all works out.  I want to open a T.J. Cinnamon's  Franchise in Fallujah. Nothin' says peace like emmense cinnamon rolls.
