I live a drive away from Toronto --- which I travel to frequently. There is a different atmosphere in Canada --- and yes it is noticable.

I was in Toronto on the day of the August 14, 2003 blackout --- and I spoke with about thirty people on that day about the differences between USA and the Great White North.

It is something more than just the MOLSON ALE . . . these people told me that they are not ruled by as much FEAR as we are here in the lower 48.

I agree with this assessment . . .
