Would anybody know a good site for new but not-the-latest-software for Mac. Specificly

I am looking for Dreamweaver 3 as I'd rather not spend 4 bills for Dreamweaver 4. I want to design a site and it doesn't have to be over the top graphicly. Just some photos, text, with a couple of fill in the blank sections and some other minor features(software wise), that I can update myself fairly regularly. Announcements and such.I have found Dream4 for $322 but 3 should be considerably cheaper and I could always upgrade once I learn to need more firepower.In addition, any Mac users with related opinions would be welcome.Thanks,GMm
