Here a few good websites for the compilation of comments and general media watching:

http://www.mediamatters.org

Mediamatters is a real good site that compiles statements by the right. If you follow this site for a while you will find how often the right blatantly mischaracterizes what others say. (I'd really like to find a good, intelligent one that does the same towards the left, however most of those types of sites are bombthrowers and instead of offering good analysis only offer flamatory rhetoric).

Is another good media watchdog group and again from the left.

Are two bipartisan places and both are pretty good.
