There was quite a bit of error prone coverage about what went on at the Wellstone coverage. One political pundit (Tucker Carlson) blathered on about things that occurred without telling viewers he wasn't even there and were later shown to have not occurred. For example, Carlson said on air that Republicans were booed and shouted done - which is funny because no Republican spoke.

For another thing, many outlets reported as if the entire memorial was a partisan hate filled event, when it was almost four hours long and with only a relatively small amount of a partisan call to arms.

Also, conservative pundits reported that members in the audience were told when to clap and boo when it was CLOSED CAPTIONING.

Finally, many pundits and media people reported about the boos, which where really, really hard to hear.

Even Limbaugh got in on it by saying all of the people were bused in and the crowd was bogus.
