Awwwww man!

I've already got a job.  I need to translate something I read there though.  One entry said, "Due to increase in our contract awards, we need 300+ yadda yadda..." 

I think that means, "Due to the fact that all our employees are either dead or horribly disfigured, we need more bodies."
