I thought the article was a little too preachy and it basically says what we already know. I don't think Bush had much choice than to denounce the ads...or at least sideways denounce them like he did today. I mentioned in another post that at its current trajectory - these ads are only going to hurt Bush in the long run. After it's dissected by everyone and no smoking gun is found that Kerry lied about his duty - the focus will shift back to the basics - Kerry volunteered to fight in VN and Bush took the easier way out.

The internet only ad that Kerry did was perfect. It shows the scene from an R debate with McCain and Bush. McCain looks right at Bush and says he should be ashamed. Bush has that Monkey in the Headlights look....just priceless.
