Umm...Marc...that attorney works for the DNC not John Kerry or his campaign. There is a difference. I understand that you may say that's just splitting hairs but it is not the same thing...not at all. So, no that's not a double standard. I have a law firm that represents my company. My company is a member of a larger organization. That larger organization has it's own lawyers. If one of that organizations lawyers does something outrageous in representing it's client my company is in no way involved in what happens because I have no relationship with their attorney. If it's someone at the law firm that represents me and my company that's another story. See what I mean. This lawyer worked for Bush...the guy you're pointing out works for the DNC not for Kerry.
This whole damn story is just sad and painful to watch.
