Nope, that's not it.  Whatever it was we saw was quite high in the sky and not moving.  It had all the characteristics of a huge balloon except that the wind was having no affect on it.  I suppose it's possible that it was up above 60,000ft where we didn't have any upper wind data and those winds may have been nill so the object could remain in place.  It was interesting nonetheless.  Were you able to see the video?
