JJJ is excellent. They run "Unearthed" competitions in each state of Australia, where unsigned artists can submit demo. tapes and earn contracts and touring support. One such winner was a schoolgirl from Victoria called Missy Higgins. She has just released her first full length CD called "The Sound of White" - worth a listen!
