My heart is pounding with rage after reading Kevin G's post. All of you people who call yourselves "pro life" are not, in fact, for life. You are "pro birth", and clearly don't give a shit what happens to these children after they are born. Poverty, addiction, illness, abandonement, foster care, abuse. It goes on and on. And are any of you taking responsibility - adopting, becoming foster parents, volunteering to help babies with AIDS? I would be incredibly surprised to hear a yes from any of you right-wing self-righteous morality spouting....creeps. How about more SEX EDUCATION? More free condoms? Or birth control pills? And by the way, the more children that are born to teenagers, the more need for social programs, which you all don't like either. And by the way - girls are beginning their menstruation cycle at the average age of 9 now - rendering them capable of pregnancy. Do you think they should have children?
