We might look toward China where Christians are beaten, imprisoned and murdered by the government; Egypt where Christians are assaulted and murdered by the Muslims while government law enforcement personnel stand by; India where, just recently, a missionary and his sons were burned alive for their faith; Indonesia where Muslims, supported by government troops wipe out whole villages of Christians.

The god of Political Correctness is an angry and jealous god, a god created by the liberal left to silence all belief, all speech, even all thought patterns that do not conform to its precepts. In this nation, today, increasingly in our public school systems and places of higher learning, the police of Political Correctness stand ever ready to scream hate speech or even hate thought to eliminate all social intercourse or mental precepts that do not agree with its idolizing of every perversion hated by the Godhead.

This angry and jealous god has engulfed whole church denominations with its foul breath as it even tries to undermine the Christian faith from within. How many denominations today, by their fruit, reveal they are under the influence of this detestable demon.

Indeed the god of Political Correctness is attempting to raise up generation after generation of Americans who neither know Jesus Christ nor dare to investigate His power and authority.

Recently, in Sweden, a Pentecostal pastor was thrown in jail for "offending homosexual persons" after delivering a New Testament sermon that condemned this lifestyle. Pastor Ake Green called the homosexual lifestyle abnormal, a far gentler description than the apostle Paul wrote but it still got him thirty days in the slammer.

Canada recently passed bill C-250. This bill makes any unfavorable mention of homosexuality hate speech which is now a criminal act. Now authorities are allowed to consider the Bible a form of criminalized hate speech and charge those who teach it with criminal offenses.

University of Western Ontario professor Robert Martin recently stated that Canada is "ruled today by what I would describe as a secular state religion of Political Correctness. Anything that is regarded as heresy or blasphemy is not tolerated."

In Saskatchewan, Hugh Owens and the newspaper were both fined for printing scripture that equated marriage to one man and one woman. Authorities warned the newspaper to never accept such ads again. In Toronto, Scott Brochie was fined thousands of dollars for refusing to accept a print job from a homosexual group. The court refused to accept his defense that he is a Christian and, because of his faith, he could not accept such material for printing.

The authorities in Toronto forced a Catholic high school to allow same sex couples at its prom. Authorities refused the request of the school to cancel the prom.

Mayors across Canada have been fined thousands of dollars for refusing to proclaim "Gay Pride Week."They may cancel proclamations of any or all other events but are arrested and fined for refusing to proclaim this event. END OF CUT & PASTE

It surprises me you are worried about Swaggarts' influence: 1)because he is fringe; and 2) I'd think you would understand that human nature isn't going to be politically corrected(nor legislated away) in mens hearts.

And yet there are towns and cities in the USA where Muslims are allowed by law to drive through the streets with a loud speaker atop the vehicle instructing the hearers in prayer and who knows what else.
