Well, I've only said that to Kev about 50 times here...I have begun to believe he'll never see that...
The funny thing is the "global test" thing was hilarious during the debate because it was clear Bushie had no clue what Kerry was talking about and so came across looking stupid. Now the Republicans are trying to use a moment from the debate where Bush looked idiotic to their advantage. Sometimes this stuff is better than SNL...jeez if Will Ferrell stood in for Bush during that debate he could not have provided more comedy.
