Normally, I wouldn't think the VP debate would amount to much, but apparently it will have some influence this election.   My thought is that it's going to be tough going for Edwards.  Cheney is quite seasoned, will be up on his material, and will not flinch a bit under pressure.  He can be angered, but I'm sure he will hold that in no matter what, and appear calm and collected throughout.  Edwards has the trial lawyer gift of the gab, but..it will not be a Town Hall forum.   He's going to have to be very impressive to outclass Cheney.  Looks are not gonna count for this one.   Hope he has been coached well.
