What a grandstanding MF'er.  Of course he just has to sign it IN Iowa...can't be done in DC.   Hmmm... maybe it has something to do with the election and his waning support?  Naw...couldn't be.  Iowa is just the place all those bills should be signed. 

Kerry might not be beyond reproach, but these guys are truly revolting in every sense of the word.
