Regardless who's pointing the finger at whom - this flu vaccine shortage is being placed at the feet of the federal government (ie. public health) and W is the face of the fed gov. You can twist this into an "accident" but it's still a black eye for George. Reminds me of the heat wave in France last year that took their public health people by surprise. You surely can't blame the govt. on the weather...it's the response or lack thereof that's the problem.Dan
