I always thought jelly in USA was the same as our jam, I cant imagine eating our type of jelly on bread.....same as tap = faucet, manual = stickshift, fuck = root ect, ect.......My 13 yr old daughter was raised on a staple diet of vegemite and ham sandwiches [her choice] but thats another story.
