How about 46,466,465 voices that never had a chance to cast a vote? Ironic that you should state, “Save our children from these bozos”. The leftys here post from their high moral perches while they look down their noses at the those who are trying against the persistent din of the ignorant to make the world a better place. Please tell me, David, that you didn’t buy into Moore’s propaganda too? I thought you were more astute than that. You said, “After all, if the family trades are weapons and oil, perpetual war and martial law at home are actually good things”. Do you actually believe that President Bush would want for war to line his and his friend’s pockets? If you honestly believe that then any further discussion truly is pointless.
Do you consider yourself to be consumed by greed? I ask that because I think the arguments I hear from the left are built on a base of greed and a good amount of denial. Let’s not help the people of Iraq out because we don’t want to upset our nice little world. There’s really no need too extend ourselves. Don’t help protect the unborn because I’m greedy about my rights and I can’t be concerned about the rights the unborn.
I’m appalled at the beheadings occurring in Iraq but I have to wonder…are we as a society really any better than the terrorists who would do such a barbaric thing to another person? Is a partial birth abortion any less gruesome than your average every day run of the mill beheading? It’s not. But hey, we need to get Bush out of office because he wants to make it illegal to do such a thing and for those who lean left I suppose that’s a bad thing. I hope I’m able to one day enter the left’s stream of consciousness so I too can be enlightened and join in the fun and be able to say that I’m helping make the world a better place. Maybe in another life.
