The 46 million I mentioned are already gone and there’s no hope for them in this life (read, aborted).  I can only hope and pray that someday many years from now the dictatorship the Iraqi people have only known will be replaced by a democracy.  The people first must have hope for any of this to work and as long as we continue to tear at the fabric we’re trying to knit together it may never happen.  When Bush stated that you’re either for us or against us he wasn’t referring to you and me.  He was referring to countries that would harbor terrorists.  That statement has since been used out of context to try and say he was causing division among the American people which he was not.  I have no problem with him saying that as I agree with him.  In my eyes if you’ve got a country which willingly harbors terrorists (read, protects) then why would you consider them allied with us?  Maybe it wasn't necessary for Bush to state the obvious.
