OK, but will this army actually do either candidate any good or will the barrage of flyers, telephone calls and knocks on the door hurt the candidate? About a year ago I got soooo many calls and flyers from MCI I swore I would NEVER even consider switching to them. I didn't care how much money I would save a month. Maybe the same thing would happen here.

And as far as the elderly are concerned; what would you do if you drive up to their house and see a Bush/Cheney sign on their lawn? Would you still offer to take them to the polls? Maybe you'd call and see who their voting for first?
