I know this is going to sound crazy Jodi but I've never been much of a Bruce fan. I like his early stuff but I stopped paying attention after Nebraska. That was the last Springsteen record I heard all the way through. So, I haven't heard "The Rising"...I have heard the song but not the whole record. It didn't do much for me.
My wife likes Shawn Colvin but I haven't heard that record yet. I'll ask her if she knows any of the songs from it. I know we don't have it in the house but she may know them from the radio.
