I'm off tonight to celebrate John Kerry's impending victory over George W. Bush tomorrow by seeing the incomparable Dan Bern at my favorite Seattle musical venue, the Tractor Tavern.
Dan, as some of you may know, is currently riding high up the Billboard charts with his eminently danceable hit "Bush Must Be Defeated". Look out Ashleigh Simpson!
Well, okay.... The place'll be half-full of middle age drunks who hate Bush and have to go to work tomorrow. Still, it's better than Monday Night Football or continuing to surf the net looking for signs of an impending coup d'etat.....
