You're saying I broke my promise? Please explain to me how you came to that conclusion. On second thought, don't bother. The only reason I read your post was because I got an email and link from a friend who knew better about my "promise".

For the record, I told David I would vote for Kerry if he would offer up some new music to the board. He agreed. A few weeks before the election I told DB and the board I could not in good conscience vote for someone for president for a couple of songs so I backed out of the agreement. If I/we received the music and I voted for Bush; that would've been breaking my promise. Besides, even if I did vote for Kerry, do any of you "longtimers" here really think we'd get any new music? Think about it. Like I've said before, "All hat, no cattle."
