I see both points here.but a cut is a cut and an Increase is an Increase. Do they need the money where it was going that is the true question. was it for police weapons? or cars? or uniforms? or new badges? or bullet proof vest? new officers? new jails? new flooring? new paint? some things can deal with a cut others cant....
