Bill O'Reilly is a right winger Pat, by everybody's definition except, apparently, yours. The fact that other right wingers may not love him means nothing. I thought so too. After listening to him for about a year I figured out he is not the hardline conservative I thought he was. Relgiously he definitely is not right wing and environmentally he also is not. No doubt he is an egomaniac

When the vote comes for confirmation of nominee to the supreme court the left is going to block any nominee from even coming to a vote through filabustering.
Basically they are obstructionist and the rules on filabustering need to be changed to prevent it.

When these appointments come expect huge press coverage supporting anything the left say about an appointee. This will be a bloodbath but in the end I think justice will prevail because the right is tired of the crap they have to deal with to get a vote. This will be the last stand because this is all the left has left to get it's agenda into the mainstream. Certainly not represnting the will of the people. Last I checked they lost both the house and the senate plus the presidency. There is a new Sheriff in town and the changes are a coming
