How do you know he doesn't give a damn? On what are you basing this?
The big thing is he living with someone else and even had another child. He insists he would be by her side but then there's that Larry King live that he is co-hosting regularly. He suddenly surfaces with the story of this being her wishes almost 7 years after the accident. No corroberation from anyone else. Sounds suspicios. No mention of it before and then there is the life insurance policy that has to be the reason that he does'nt give over custody. Finally there are the people that knew him and overwelmingly thought he was pond scum. He cares for her like Scott Peterson cared about Laci.
