The whole thing is cold blooded.  Someone said this was a political football and isn't everyone revolted by the sick and the weak being objectified?  Aside from the spin who wins?  The husband who wants to go on with his capital L word or the poor family who hold on to a hope that their beloved will through some miracle be returned to them.  Couldn't you make an enemy out of the husband just for the sheer fact that starving someone you (even if it was once upon a time) loved to death is completely immoral?  Couldn't you make an enemy out of someone who doesn't respect your final wishes?   What if your final wishes differ from your family's final wishes for you?  It all speaks to the need for an advance directive, if not a will.  In all fairness, I haven't filled one out and Ms. Schiavo is younger than me.  Who wins?  It wouldn't matter except now poor Ms. Schiavo and her family are a football.  I don't want to spectate or speculate.

I wish DB would cover Skold's P.A.M.F. on the drums alone.  It'd be a hoot.  It's the most times I've heard motherfucker in a row, but I'm not sure if it qualifies as music.
