Bush is a man of pure privilege who acts like he is not. For one thing, he has allowed parts of his nature to escape from behind the curtain that shows us his true self. For example, the little black tie affair where he joked about not being able to find WMDs in Iraq while our men and women were dying there.

We have a president who has not sacrificed one iota in his life. He has had someone carry his water all his life while he has played at life. Hell, his own father has more integrity in one pinky than this man has in his entire body. He is nothing more than a well to do frat boy that has grown up with big protectors all his life.

In contrast, recall, when Howard Dean was asked by Chris Matthews if he was thankful for his bad back and that it got him out of Vietnam, Dean replied honestly and blunty by stating absolutely. Our current commander in cheap can't even say, "hell, let me be honest, I joined the TANG to stay out of Vietnam too!" And then he turns out to the Commander In Chief Chickenhawk.

Next, recall the reporting of conservative pundit Tucker Carlson, who has it on tape where Bush ridiculed the begging of Karla Faye Tucker to spare her life (recall, she was a drug addict that committed, I believe two murders, and while in prison found religion and afterwards had many, many, Christians trying to implore Bush to commute her death penalty to life).

Then, Bush and his lying - recall after 9/11 Bush said bin Laden would be captured dead or alive. Then, he is caught on tape stating he doesn't think about Bin Laden anymore and is not concerned about him and then when confronted with this fact, he lies about it - he stated he never said such a thing. And then, just a few weeks ago, Bush more or less reiterated his dead or alive sympathies.

There was a man, John Dilullo, who first started in the Bush Admin in 2001. He was the one who was to spearhead Bush's faith based initiatives. He did not stick around and gave the reason of the Bush Admin based things on good politics and not good policy and he was promised it would be about good policy. He added that everything the Bushies planned on must be about good politics first and foremost.

To me, these show volumes about his character.

Now sure, we expect each party to get their own politics in there, but if you go back and look at the history of Bush II, it is very, very clear that their decisions are always made based on politics of their party and not of the best interests of the American people. And certainly, both parties do this, but never to the extent of what the current admin does and continues to do.
